Doug Keesling
Doug brings over 30 years of agricultural business expertise, has traveled to all but 12 countries in the work, and regularly testifies before Congress on behalf of American farmers. His international trade knowledge and networks are invaluable as we scale.

Terry Geschwentner
Terry is our technology innovator – an electrician and mechanical engineer who has built and tested five different biochar reactor prototypes. His hands-on experience ranges from managing 38 center pivots in his twenties to developing our proprietary technology that can process 1-20 tons per hour.

Trish Jackson, PhD
Trish has spent over 15 years getting her hands dirty—researching regenerative agriculture, biochar, and sustainable food systems. Before co-founding, she led teams at an ag tech startup turning research into real results for farmers. A PhD geographer by training, she has never stopped working toward healthier soil, stronger rural communities, and a better food system.
